MSV undertakes to dispatch the material as soon as possible after acceptance of the order. Delays in delivery do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale or to refuse the goods. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. No return of goods not validated and authorised by MSV will be accepted. The seller is not obliged to take back any equipment that is returned for a reason for which it is not responsible.<\/p>

In the exceptional case where he accepts for material regularly held in stock by him, the return will be made at the invoice price minus 15% of the delivery postage, the costs of inspection, reconditioning and the costs of repairing if necessary. The transfer of responsibility takes place at the time of delivery, from this moment, the buyer becomes the guardian and responsible for the material, in particular in case of loss or deterioration. In the event of non-payment of the agreed price, or failure by the buyer to fulfil one of these obligations, the contract may be cancelled or terminated by operation of law, eight days after receipt by the buyer of a formal notice by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
